Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 1 (cut into big florets)
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Black Mustard Seeds - 3 tbsp
  • Khus Khus - 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
  • Hing - 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Achari Gobhi:

    1. Make paste of mustard seeds and khus khus, adding a little water.
    2. Chop the green chillies and mix all ingredients together, including oil.
    3. Keep the vessel over a low flame, covered.
    4. Cook for 15 minutes or until gobi becomes tender.
    5. Serve hot with rice.
