Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - water
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1.5 tsp - CTC tea
  • 1/4 tsp - chai masala powder
  • 1/4 inch - ginger, crushed
  • 2 tsp - sugar

How to Make Adrak Masala Chai

  • Bring water to boil.
  • Add tea leaves, chai masala and ginger.
  • Simmer for 2-3 minutes till water is dark brown.
  • Add milk, sugar and boil till desired colour is obtained.
  • Cover and stand for a minute.
  • Strain into cups while piping hot.
  • Serve hot with biscuits.
