Ingredients

  • 2 - boiled Aloo
  • 1/2 bunch - dill leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp - coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • salt to taste
  • oil to deep fry

How to Make Aloo Dil Vada

  • In a bowl, mash boiled aloo and add chopped dill leaves, coriander, finely chopped onion, red chilli powder, salt, ginger and garlic paste, rice flour, gram flour and mix it nicely.
  • Apply oil on your hand, take aloo mixture and make round balls.
  • Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Drain and serve with chilli sauce or tomato sauce.
