Ingredients

  • 1/2 - Medium sized Cauliflower cut into thin pieces
  • 1 - Potato peeled and cut as thin fries
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 - Onion chopped in length
  • 2 - Green chilli slit lengthwise
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp - Oil
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Aloo Gobi Fry:

    1. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan.
    2. Add potatoes, cauliflower, salt and turmeric and mix.
    3. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
    4. Now add onion and mix
    5. Cover and cook till potatoes are tender.
    6. Add chilli, poppy seeds
    7. Make a well in the middle of the pan.
    8. Break the egg in the centre.
    9. Mix it with the rest.
    10. Fry for 1 minute.
