Ingredients

  • 3 - Potatoes, medium sized
  • 3/4 cup - Kasoori methi (or 1/2 cup fresh methi)
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-green chillies paste
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of hing
  • Oil

How to Make Aloo Kasoori Methi

  • Boil potatoes and dice cut them.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and add cumin seeds, hing and let it splutter.
  • Add potatoes and methi leaves and mix well.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with phulka roti.
