Ingredients

  • 3 - Potatoes, medium sized
  • 3/4 cup - Kasoori Methi (or 1/2 cup fresh Methi)
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp - Ginger-green chillies paste
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Hing
  • Oil
  • How to Make Aloo Kasoori Methi:

    1. Boil potatoes and dice cut them.
    2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan and add cumin seeds, hing and let it splutter.
    3. Add potatoes and methi leaves and mix well.
    4. Add rest of the ingredients and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
    5. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with phulka roti.
