Ingredients

  • 500 gms - flour (maida)
  • 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1/2 cup - ground Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - aniseed (saunf), pounded finely
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Ghee for frying
  • How to Make Aloo ki puris:

    1. Knead all ingredients together (except ghee), adding water to make a firm dough.
    2. Make into small balls and roll out 10 cm. discs.
    3. Deep fry in hot ghee.
    4. Drain well and serve with seb ki chutney
