Ingredients

  • 2 bunch - methi, finely chopped
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped
  • 1 - big potato, sliced
  • 3-4 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Aloo Methi

  • Heat oil, add the sliced potatoes and cook with lid on till the potatoes are half cooked.
  • Add green chillies and chopped methi leaves, and salt, mix well.
  • Cook till all the ingredients are blended well.
  • Serve hot with chapatti.
