  • 250 g - Aloo (potato) cut in square pieces
  • 100 g - moong dal
  • 2 - medium tomato, cut in medium pieces
  • 50 g - Green chilli
  • 20 g - black pepper
  • 2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 10 g - red pepper
  • 1 tsp - ground Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - Aamchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • How to Make Aloo Moong Dal Karara Wala:

    1. Boil moong dal with a little water. After the first whistle, cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and put potatoes in it. Fry for 1 minute.
    3. Now, put dhania powder, garam masala, black pepper, salt, red pepper into it and fry covered, for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    4. Put oil in second frying pan and put jeera into. Once it turns brown, add dhania powder to it.
    5. Put moong dal in it and fry. Now put amchur powder and fry for 5 minutes till dal is dry.
    6. Mix in the tomato pieces and add to the potatoes. Heat through and serve.
