Ingredients

  • 6 - small Potatoes
  • Frozen peas, a handful
  • Frozen corn, a handful
  • Salt
  • Red Chilli powder, as per your taste
  • 1 tsp - Coriander seed powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - kitchen masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Turmeric powder, a pinch
  • 1 tsp - ginger, chopped
  • 1/2 - Green chilli chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp - Spring onions (optional), chopped
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Aloo mutter Tikki:

    1. Pressure cook potatoes and mash them. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    2. Make small balls and flatten them.
    3. Heat oil in a wide pan, place the patties and fry on both sides till golden brown.
    4. Enjoy with ketchup.
