Ingredients

  • 6 - medium potatoes
  • 1 packet - instant noodles
  • Coriander leaves - as per taste
  • 100 g - maida
  • 4-5 - green chillies
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Aloo Noodle Cutlet

  • Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies and salt to taste.
  • Form into cutlet and keep aside.
  • Cook the noodles according to the instructions and keep aside.
  • Prepare a loose batter from the maida and some water.
  • Dip the cutlets in maida, then roll in the cooked noodles.
  • Deep fry in oil and serve.
