Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 3 - Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Aloo Pakoda

  • Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Add a little water to the batter and make small pakodas and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
