Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1 cup - Rice flour
  • 3 - Potatoes
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Aloo Pakoda:

    1. Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.
    2. Mix all the ingredients together.
    3. Add a little water to the batter and make small pakodas and deep fry till golden brown.
    4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
