  • 200g- Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp -Cooking oil
  • 3 to 4 - Potato, medium sized (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 - Onion, medium sized (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 a bunch - Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 - Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Ajwain seeds
  • 1 to 2 tsp - Lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Aloo Pyaaz Parathas:

    1. In a pan sieve wheat flour, add turmeric powder, cooking oil, ajwain seeds and salt.
    2. Mix well.
    3. Add mashed potatoes, onion, green coriander leaves, green chillies and lemon juice mix it.
    4. Add little water to make soft dough.
    5. Keep aside for about 10 to 20 mins.
    6. Make equal sized balls of the dough, roll out as roti and cook on a hot tava by applying ghee or oil.
    7. Serve with curd or dhaniya chutni or butter or pickles.
