Ingredients

  • 1 - large Potato
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - green chilli, slit
  • 1 tsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 3/4 tsp - Sugar
  • 2-3 pinches - black salt (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - oil

How to Make Aloo Raita

  • Boil the potatoes and cube them.
  • Add chopped onions, green chilli, cumin seed powder, salt, sugar and black salt.
  • Pour in the curd. Mix well and chill it.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
