Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes - peeled and grated
  • 1 bunch - washed and finely chopped Spinach
  • 2-3 - Green chillies cut into pieces
  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1/2 cup - Maida
  • 4-5 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup - Rice flour (coarse)
  • 4-5 tsp - Rice semiya or vermicelli
  • 3-4 tsp - Curd
  • pinch of baking powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Aloo Spinach pancakes:

    1. Mix all the ingredients by adding water.
    2. Heat a pan and drizzle some oil. Take a ladle of this batter and spread it on the pan. Cover it with a lid and cook.
    3. When it turns red, turn over the pancake and cook on the other side without the lid.
    4. Serve with mango pickle.
