How to Make Aloo Tikka Masala

  • Take boiled and mashed potatoes.
  • Add salt, lemon juice, corn flour, garam masala powder, green chilli paste. Mix it well.
  • Make a small, round tikki and press it.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry all the tikkis. Keep aside.
  • For Gravy:
  • Heat a pan and put 2 to 3 tsp oil.
  • Add garlic paste, onion and let it be fried till golden brown.
  • Add tomato and make gravy. It should be cooked well.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar, garam masala powder and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Put 2 to 3 tikkis in a bowl, add gravy and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with paratha, naan and roti.
