Ingredients

  • 100 gms - boiled Potato
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped Green chillies
  • A pinch of tartaric acid
  • 1.5 tbsp - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - Maida
  • 1 tbsp - Mint leaves
  • Salt for taste
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tbsp - creamy spread cheesy, Garlic flavoured
  • 40g - Besan sev for coating
  • How to Make Aloo Tikki with mint:

    1. Peel, grate and boil potatoes.
    2. With the boiled potatoes, add all ingredients except sev and cheesy garlic.
    3. Mix well and make dough.
    4. Make round patties and grill on a hot tava till red and crisp on both sides.
    5. Place the hot patties on a dish and pour cheesy garlic on top and sprinkle sev and coriander leaves.
    6. Serve immediately.
