How to Make Anda Pav

  • In a bowl add the eggs, onions, green chillies and salt and mix well.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and add the butter. When it melts spread it across the entire pan.
  • Take a single slice of bun, dip it well into the egg mixture.
  • Remove and place it on the pan and shallow fry it on a low heat till it turns golden and crispy.
  • Flip it and repeat the same procedure on the next side.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
