Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter - sour buttermilk
  • 1 - Onion
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • A pinch of Turmeric
  • For paste:
  • 1 tsp - Toor Dal
  • 1 tsp - dhaniya
  • 1/4 tsp - Methi seeds
  • How to Make Andhra Kadhi:

    1. Take a pan and put 3 tsp oil in it.
    2. Add mustard, curry leaves, chopped onion and green chillies. Fry for some time.
    3. Soak all ingredients for paste in water for 1/2 hour and grind it.
    4. Mix all the ingredients to butter milk and add this to onions.
    5. Add in turmeric and chilli powder and cook for 1/2 hour.
