Ingredients

  • 1 cup green moong dal
  • 2 tbsp raw Rice
  • Ginger - an inch piece
  • Green chillies - according to your taste
  • Salt
  • Onion
  • How to Make Andhra Pesarattu:

    1. Soak moong dal and rice together for 4-5 hrs.
    2. Grind it to a smooth batter along with ginger, green chillies, onions and salt. Add water.
    3. Batter should be slightly thicker than dosa batter.
    4. Make dosas the usual way.
    5. No need to ferment the batter.
