Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Maida
  • 1/2 cup - sooji
  • 1/2 cup- Rice flour
  • 3 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 - Onions
  • 2 tsp - hot oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Apacchi:

    1. Mix all the ingredients.
    2. Take a handful at a time and mix with water to make dough.
    3. Then flatten it with your palm and deep fry.
    4. Repeat again with the rest of the dough.
    5. Serve warm.
