How to Make Appetising Shahi paneer

  • Cut onions, tomatoes and chillies into small pieces. Cut paneer into triangular pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add diced onions and chillies.
  • After 3 minutes, add ginger, coriander powder, chilli powder, cashew nuts, salt and fresh coriander leaves.
  • After 2 minutes, put tomatoes.
  • Cover it and cook until raw smell goes and tomatoes are fully cooked.
  • Leave this mixture for some time so that it cools down
  • Grind this mixture to a smooth paste.
  • Again put this paste into a pan and add some water.
  • Let it simmer for 2-3 mins.
  • Put paneer pieces into it and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan or chapattis.
