Ingredients

  • shredded sour Mango - 2 cup
  • peeled and grated Apple - 2 cup
  • Sugar - 2.5 cup
  • chilli powder - 4 tsp
  • mustard - 2 tsp
  • Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
  • cumin - 1/2 tsp
  • asafetida - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • salt - 2.5 tsp

How to Make Apple and Mango Pickle

  • Heat oil, season with mustard, cumin fenugreek and asafetida.
  • Add mango, apples and sugar and cook till the mixture is reduced to a pulp.
  • Mix in the salt.
  • Cool and transfer into clean jar.
  • Store in refrigerator.
