Ingredients

  • 1 - apple, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup - desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 4 tbsp - water
  • 4 tbsp - Milk
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder

How to Make Apple-Coconut Barfi

  • Grind the apple to a fine paste.
  • Mix sugar and water in a pan and bring it to boil till it comes in a string consistency.
  • Add milk and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
  • Add apple puree and desiccated coconut into the pan.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Keep stirring it till it forms a soft dough.
  • Transfer it to a small greased plate and cool it to room temperature.
