Ingredients

  • 1 - apple, peeled and chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup - desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 4 tbsp - water
  • 4 tbsp - Milk
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Apple-Coconut Barfi:

    1. Grind the apple to a fine paste.
    2. Mix sugar and water in a pan and bring it to boil till it comes in a string consistency.
    3. Add milk and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
    4. Add apple puree and desiccated coconut into the pan.
    5. Mix everything well.
    6. Keep stirring it till it forms a soft dough.
    7. Transfer it to a small greased plate and cool it to room temperature.
