Ingredients

  • 250 g - Apple
  • 2 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1 cup - flour (maida)
  • a pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp - soda
  • 1 egg, large
  • 1/3 cup - oil
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - Jaggery powder
  • 1/3 cup - Raisins
  • 1/3 cup - walnuts, chopped
  • How to Make Apple Cup Cakes:

    1. Grate apples and mix with lime juice.
    2. Mix flour with salt, baking powder and soda.
    3. Beat together, egg, oil, essence, jaggery powder and sugar.
    4. Add this to the flour. Add chopped walnuts and raisins.
    5. Mix and pour in greased cupcake moulds.
    6. Bake in an oven, preheated to 180 degrees centigrade for 25-30 minutes.
