  • 2 cups flour (maida)
  • 3 apples, peeled, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - raisins, soaked in water, drained
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup - sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Milk as needed
  • Ghee
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vanilla ice cream

How to Make Apple Pancakes with Ice Cream

  • Cook apples, raisins and sugar with lemon juice till soft and pulpy.
  • Add cinnamon and cook till dry. Remove.
  • Mix flour, beaten eggs and enough milk to make a batter.
  • Beat well and add a pinch of salt.
  • Grease a griddle.
  • Pour one ladle of batter.
  • Spread into a thin round.
  • Cover and cook. Open.
  • Put a spoon of apple filling in the centre and roll over from both sides.
  • Remove to a platter.
  • Cook all pancakes like this and serve cold with ice cream.
