Ingredients

  • For the Dough:
  • 4 tbsp - Whole Wheat flour or plain flour
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • For the Apple Mixture:
  • 1/2 cup - Apple whip
  • For Serving:
  • 4 tsp - Vanilla Cream

How to Make Apple Roll with Vanilla Cream

  • Mix the flour, oil and salt.
  • Add water and prepare a soft dough.
  • Knead well, divide into 4 portions and roll out into chapattis.
  • Put a little apple mixture in each chapatti and close.
  • Arrange the stuffed chapattis on a greased baking tray.
  • Brush lightly with a little butter and bake in a hot oven at 200 deg F for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with cold vanilla cream.
