How to Make Apricot And Date Wine

  • Chop the apricots and dates and boil with 2 litres of water till soft.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the sugar, brown sugar and lime juice and mix well.
  • When cold sprinkle the yeast on top.
  • Keep covered to ferment for 21 days, stirring every day.
  • Strain and throw away the residue.
  • Let it stand for 2 more weeks then strain and bottle.
