  • Apple juice - 120 ml
  • Coconut syrup - 50 ml
  • Fresh cream - 30 ml
  • Vanilla ice - 1 scoop
  • Mint leaves - 3
  • Crushed ice
  • For topping - Few mint leaves and desiccated coconut

How to Make April drink

  • Combine all the ingredients with the scoop of crushed ice. Blend using a hand blender.
  • Dip the rim of a glass in the prepared drink. Now coat the rim with desiccated coconut, pour the prepared drink in the coconut rimmed glass.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
