How to Make Arbi Sabzi

  • Boil the arbi in the pressure cooker.
  • Remove the skin, cut into round pieces and deep fry.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add sliced onions.
  • When the onions turn brown, add tomatoes, spices and salt.
  • Add fried arbi, mix well.
