Ingredients

  • 250 g - arbi
  • 1 cup - Coriander leaves
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • salt
  • oil
  • How to Make Arbi Sabzi:

    1. Boil the arbi in the pressure cooker.
    2. Remove the skin, cut into round pieces and deep fry.
    3. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, add sliced onions.
    4. When the onions turn brown, add tomatoes, spices and salt.
    5. Add fried arbi, mix well.
