  • Raw Rice - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Milk - 1 liter
  • Elaichi (powdered) - 1 tsp
  • How to Make Ari Payasam:

    1. Boil the milk and keep aside 1/2 the boiled milk.
    2. Clean the rice in fresh water.
    3. Boil water, add the rice. Stir it.
    4. Half cook the rice, then add the milk.
    5. Keep stirring for 10 minutes continuously.
    6. Add the sugar after 10 minutes and then bring it to a boil.
    7. Pour the remaining reserved milk and stir for another 2 minutes.
    8. Switch off the gas and then add the elaichi powder.
    9. Serve hot.
