Ingredients

  • 1 - medium Avocado
  • For the filling:
  • 1 - avocado, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 tsp - green Mango paste
  • 2 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp - grated Carrots
  • 2 tbsp - sweet mango, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar powder

How to Make Avocado, Mango and Carrot Salad

  • In a mixing bowl mix together the grated avocado, mayonnaise, green mango paste, carrots and sugar powder and pieces of sweet mango. Keep aside.
  • To serve:
  • Cut the avocado (keep for serving) into halves and remove the seed.
  • Discard the seed and use the prepared filling to fill the avocado. Chill in the fridge and serve.
