Ingredients

  • Bread Slice- 4
  • Avocado- 1
  • Onion- 1
  • Tomato- 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice- 1/2 tsp
  • Butter- as needed for toasting

How to Make Avocado Toast

  • Cut avocado and remove skin.
  • Take out the flesh and mash it well.
  • Add chopped onion and tomato to this.
  • Add black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice.
  • Spread this mixture on the bread and place it on the tawa.
  • Add butter on the sides of the tawa for toasting.
  • Once brown on one side, flip and cook till the other side turns brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
