Ingredients

  • 150g - Wheat flour
  • 50g - semolina
  • 50g - Besan (gram flour)
  • 150g - Pure Ghee
  • 150 ml - Milk
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Baati

  • Mix wheat flour, semolina, besan and salt.
  • Make a well in the mixture.
  • Add ghee and milk and make dough.
  • Make even sized flat balls with the dough.
  • Bake in medium hot oven for 20 mins.
  • Serve piping hot.
