Ingredients

  • Baby Corn - 5
  • Maida - 1 tsp
  • Rice Flour - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • A pinch - of Asafoetida
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 3 tbsp

How to Make Baby corn Fry

  • Cut the baby corn into small pieces. Mix all the other ingredients.
  • Add a little water and make it into a thick paste.
  • Dip the baby corns in the mixture and deep fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
