Ingredients

  • 12 - baby corns
  • 1 - onion (chopped)
  • 2 - tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 - capsicum (cubed)
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 3/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • 1/8 tsp - turmeric powder
  • salt and water as needed
  • To temper: 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - cumin

How to Make Baby Corn Sabzi

  • Cut the baby corns to your desired shape and boil with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Heat a pan with oil and temper with the cumin seeds.
  • Add onion and green chillies and fry until transparent.
  • Add the cooked baby corns and red chilli powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the tomatoes and capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
  • Top with coriander leaves and drizzle some ghee if you want.
  • Fry for a minute and transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Serve as accompaniment for rice or roti.
