Cut the baby corn into small pieces and boil in half a cup of water.
When it cools down, blend the baby corn pieces in a blender.
Heat a pan, add butter and fry the maida in it.
Add the crushed baby corn.
Add 1 cup of water and milk and keep stirring and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
Add salt and black pepper powder and serve hot.
