  • 200 gms - baby Corn
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 4 tbsp - flour (maida)
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • Salt and black pepper powder to taste
  • How to Make Baby corn soup:

    1. Cut the baby corn into small pieces and boil in half a cup of water.
    2. When it cools down, blend the baby corn pieces in a blender.
    3. Heat a pan, add butter and fry the maida in it.
    4. Add the crushed baby corn.
    5. Add 1 cup of water and milk and keep stirring and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
    6. Add salt and black pepper powder and serve hot.
