Ingredients

  • 200 gms - baby corn
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 4 tbsp - flour (maida)
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • Salt and black pepper powder to taste

How to Make Baby corn soup

  • Cut the baby corn into small pieces and boil in half a cup of water.
  • When it cools down, blend the baby corn pieces in a blender.
  • Heat a pan, add butter and fry the maida in it.
  • Add the crushed baby corn.
  • Add 1 cup of water and milk and keep stirring and let it cook for 3-4 mins.
  • Add salt and black pepper powder and serve hot.
