  • 1 cup - Badam
  • 1/2 - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • How to Make Badam Burfi:

    1. Soak badam for two hours in hot water and peel the skin. Grind it into a thick paste with very little water.
    2. Make sugar syrup of single thread consistency and put the ground badam and keep stirring.
    3. Pour ghee when the mixture starts sticking to the sides.
    4. Keep stirring, until it forms as a ball and transfer into a greased plate.
    5. Cut into desired shapes and decorate with silver foil.
