Ingredients

  • 200 gm - chicken boneless
  • 20 gm - pineapple paste
  • 1 gm - red chilli paste
  • 5 ml - oil
  • 30 gm - almond paste
  • 1 gm - cinnamon powder
  • 2 gm - garam masala
  • 15 gm - corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 15 gm - cream

How to Make Badami chicken tikka

  • Clean the chicken; keep aside. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Now mix chicken in the mixture.
  • Keep aside for 5 minutes & then skewer and cook in a tandoor.
  • Serve with curd dip made by adding chopped coriander, green chili, black salt, chopped onion and chaat masala.
