Ingredients

  • 200 gm - Chicken boneless
  • 20 gm - Pineapple paste
  • 1 gm - Red Chilli paste
  • 5 ml - oil
  • 30 gm - Almond paste
  • 1 gm - Cinnamon powder
  • 2 gm - Garam Masala
  • 15 gm - Corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 15 gm - Cream
  • How to Make Badami chicken tikka:

    1. Clean the chicken; keep aside. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Now mix chicken in the mixture.
    2. Keep aside for 5 minutes & then skewer and cook in a tandoor.
    3. Serve with curd dip made by adding chopped coriander, green chili, black salt, chopped onion and chaat masala.
