Ingredients

  • Yoghurt (Dahi) - 1 cup
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - one stalk
  • Garlic - three flakes
  • Cooking oil - one tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Baghara Dahi:

    1. In one bowl, take one tbsp cooking oil. Heat for two minutes.
    2. Add mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, chilli powder, turmeric powder.
    3. Fry for a while.
    4. Then add yoghurt and stir it well for two minutes.
    5. Put salt to taste. Switch off the fire.
