Ingredients

  • 50 g - seedless Raisins
  • 50 ml - Lemon juice
  • 4 (peeled) - Bananas
  • 25 g - Butter
  • 50 g - Sugar
  • 50 ml - Orange juice
  • 2 tsp - Lemon rind (optional)
  • vanilla ice-cream
  • How to Make Baked bananas with raisins:

    1. Place the raisins in a bowl and add lemon juice and marinate it for 30 minutes.
    2. Place each banana on an 8 inch square foil and put a quarter of butter on it.
    3. Sprinkle each banana evenly with raisins, lemon juice, orange juice and lemon rind.
    4. Seal the package.
    5. Cook in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-18 minutes.
    6. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
