How to Make Baked bananas with raisins

  • Place the raisins in a bowl and add lemon juice and marinate it for 30 minutes.
  • Place each banana on an 8 inch square foil and put a quarter of butter on it.
  • Sprinkle each banana evenly with raisins, lemon juice, orange juice and lemon rind.
  • Seal the package.
  • Cook in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-18 minutes.
  • Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream.
