Ingredients

  • 6- Bread slices
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped
  • 1 - Tomato, chopped
  • 1 - Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Suji
  • 1/2 cup -Malai
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Baked Bread

  • In a bowl, add malai, capsicum, tomato, onion, salt and one tbsp suji. Mix well.
  • Apply the mixture on bread slice and sprinkle the suji on it.
  • Now shallow fry each side on a tawa till it becomes brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
