Grated cheese for garnishing (optional) Mix the following ingredients and blend them into a thick smooth green paste:
1 bunch (or 75 gms) fresh
3 tbsp fresh coconut, grated
1/2 lemon, squeezed
Salt to taste. Mix the following ingredients and cook over low heat to get a smooth paste:

ketchup - 1/2 cup - water
1 tsp plain flour
How to Make Baked cauliflower
Boil whole cauliflower in salted water.
When soft, drain the water and leave it on a sieve to dry.
When completely dry, stuff the cauliflower with the green paste. Make sure that the paste is thick enough so that it does not leave water while stuffing.
Keep the cauliflower warm in a preheated oven (about 100 degree C) for as long as you want.
Just before serving, pour over the red sauce, boiled peas and grated cheese.
Return to a slightly hotter oven till the cheese melts and serve hot.
