Ingredients

  • 1 medium chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 large Onion
  • 6 flakes Garlic
  • 5 Green chillies
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 1 tsp. each of garam masala, ground cumin and Coriander seeds
  • 100 gms. tomatoes, peeled and pureed
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp. grated cheese
  • Salt and chilli powder as per taste

How to Make Baked Cheesy Chicken without Oil

  • Grind onion, ginger, garlic and chillies to a paste.
  • Mix together all the above ingredients with the exception of cheese.
  • Put in a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the top liberally with cheese.
  • Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour or till the chicken is tender.
