  • 3 kg - Chicken
  • 1 kg - shrak bread
  • 1 kg - onions, finely sliced
  • 1.5 cup - Olive oil for frying
  • 1.5 cup - Olive oil for garnish
  • 150 g - sumac powder
  • 150 g - pine seeds
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Baked Chicken with Arabic Bread:

    1. Clean and cut the chicken into 4 pieces.
    2. Boil the chicken until half cooked and put into a roasting pan.
    3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and sumac. Set aside.
    4. Heat olive oil and cook the onions until soft, then spread over the chicken.
    5. Bake for half an hour.
    6. Fry the pine seeds.
    7. To serve:
    8. Put some of the Arabic bread on a plate and cover with some of the chicken.
    9. Layer the chicken with the onions and the pine nuts.
    10. Spoon some of the olive oil over the top and serve.
