Ingredients

  • 100 gms - Green peas
  • 3 - Tomatoes
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves
  • 5 - Potatoes (large)
  • 4 tbsp - Milk
  • 5 tsps - Oil
  • 1.4 cup - Cream cheese
  • 12 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 bunch - Parsley leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Salt to taste
  • How to Make Baked Potatoes with Veggies:

    1. Slice the top of each potato and place on a greased baking tray.
    2. Scoop out a little of the centre of each potatoes.
    3. Finely chop coriander leaves peel garlic and fill each potato with 2 cloves of garlic, little chopped coriander leaves, green peas, chopped tomato, lemon juice, a little pepper, oil and salt.
    4. Replace the sliced top of the potatoes and bake at 200 degrees C until done.
    5. Make a sauce of the cheese by combing cream cheese, milk, parsley leaves and a little pepper and salt.
