Ingredients

  • 300 g - Flour
  • 200 g - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • 2 - Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 4 tbsp - Sugar powder
  • How to Make Baked Sugar Doughnuts:

    1. Mix the flour with sugar, vanilla essence, baking powder, butter, beaten eggs and milk to a soft dough.
    2. Divide into even sized balls and place on a greased baking tray.
    3. Bake on medium heat for about 30 minutes till slightly brown on top.
    4. Sprinkle icing sugar liberally on top while still hot.
