Ingredients

  • 200 g - wheat flour
  • 100 g - jaggery (powdered) or soft brown sugar
  • 1 cup - grated fresh coconut or 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 bananas mashed well (green skin variety)
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Banana Coconut Fritters

  • Mix all the ingredients together to a thick smooth batter.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan till smoky.
  • Drop a tbsp of the batter at a time into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
