  • 200 g - Wheat flour
  • 100 g - Jaggery (powdered) or soft Brown sugar
  • 1 cup - grated fresh Coconut or 4 tbsp desiccated Coconut
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 Bananas mashed well (green skin variety)
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Banana Coconut Fritters:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together to a thick smooth batter.
    2. Heat oil in a deep pan till smoky.
    3. Drop a tbsp of the batter at a time into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
