How to Make Banana curry with Curd

  • Pressure cook raw banana for 2 whistles.
  • Now peel and mash the banana, add the curd and salt to it and mix well.
  • Now heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and add cumin, urad dal and channa dal.
  • Again add the red chillies and the curry leaves.
  • Add this seasoning to the mashed banana and curd.
  • Serve.
