How to Make Banana Delight

  • Cut banana into round pieces and keep aside. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan Add cardamom and sugar
  • When the sugar melts add banana pieces
  • When the ghee starts separating and banana turns slightly golden brown, garnish with cinnamon powder.
  • Serve hot or chill as desired.
