How to Make Banana flower salad

  • Clean and slice the banana flowers.
  • Soak in water with the juice of one lemon to keep it from turning brown.
  • Squeeze the water out of the banana flower and set it on top of the basil and carrot.
  • For the dressing, mix all ingredients and chill.
  • Add a spoon or more of crushed peanuts to the banana flower.
  • Add the juice of one lemon, the chilli and 3-4 tbsp of the dressing.
